The Problem

You've tried AI.
Nothing is live.

Sound familiar? These are the four failure modes we hear about most from businesses trying to get AI into production.

💸
The agency quoted ₹40 lakhs

For a basic automation stack. A six-month timeline, no guarantees, and a scope document longer than the thing you wanted built.

👻
The freelancer ghosted you

Great discovery call. Beautiful deck. Delivered one Zapier zap and went quiet. WhatsApp on blue ticks ever since.

🔄
Your team is stuck in pilots

The AI working group meets every quarter. Everyone is excited. Nothing reaches production. The spreadsheet of ideas keeps growing.

🔒
The SaaS tool didn't fit

₹30,000 a month for a tool that covers 60% of your use case. The other 40% is quoted as "enterprise custom work."

What We Build

We put an end to all that.

Specialism

Where we go deepest:
recruiting firms.

Not on the list. We build one system for your desk: it sources candidates against a live role, screens them, and drafts the first message to every one.

🔎
Sourcing on a live brief

Give it an open role and it builds the long list — your database, job boards, public profiles — without anyone writing a Boolean string.

📋
Screening you can argue with

Every candidate scored against the real spec, with the reasoning written out. Your consultant checks the logic instead of trusting a number.

♻️
Database reactivation

The candidates you already paid to acquire, re-screened against today's roles. Usually where the first placement comes from.

🔗
Runs inside your ATS

Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere, Loxo or your own. Nobody has to log into a second system for it to work.

How it works

Something ships
every week.

You can cancel any month, so we have to earn it every month. That is deliberate — it keeps the work visible instead of disappearing into a six-month build.

Day 0

Kickoff

We sit with the person doing the work today and watch how it actually happens. Scope for week one is agreed on that call.

Day 3

Mid-week check

A short video showing what is built so far. You redirect it now, while changing it is cheap.

Day 7

Live with one team

Running on real work, not a demo. One person uses it before anyone else has to.

Week 2+

Widen it

Once it works for one person, it goes to the team. Then we keep going — next bottleneck, same weekly rhythm.

Pricing

Cheaper than the
hire you were about to make.

Less than half the cost of one mid-level operations hire — and it does not need onboarding, holidays, or a notice period.

Recommended · Monthly

A dedicated build partner.

One engineer, working only on your automations. Something new lands every week — this is not a build that ships once and then goes quiet.

₹1,75,000
per month (approx. £1,600 / A$3,100) · cancel any month
  • A working deliverable every week, not a quarterly roadmap
  • You are in our Slack; we answer within a working day
  • A short video every week showing exactly what changed
  • Built on your stack and your accounts — you keep the code
  • Your team trained on it, included
  • Stop whenever you like. No notice period, no exit fee.

One-off build

A single defined project.

You know exactly what you want built and you don't want an ongoing arrangement. We agree the scope on one call and quote a fixed price.

Fixed quote
agreed before we start
  • Scope written down and agreed in one call
  • One price, quoted upfront, held to
  • Delivered in weekly increments you can see
  • Handover with documentation, then we're out of your systems
  • Code and IP yours from the first commit

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Small — and the person who builds your system is the person you talk to. There is no account manager and no junior doing the work behind a senior's name. The trade-off is that we take on a limited number of firms at a time. If we are full, we will tell you rather than stretch.

Fair question to ask anyone small. Everything runs on your accounts and your ATS, the code sits in your repository, and it is documented as we go. If we stopped tomorrow, your system keeps running and any competent developer can pick it up. That is the point of not locking you in.

Typically 5 to 200 people — agencies, recruiting firms, services businesses, e-commerce and SaaS. The common factor is a process that repeats often enough to be worth automating, and an owner who can decide without a procurement committee. We go deepest with recruiting firms, but that is a specialism, not a limit.

Yes, from the first commit. It lives in your repository, on your servers, using your API accounts (Anthropic, Supabase and so on). We hold access while we are working and hand it back on request or at the end. There is no proprietary layer you would have to pay to keep using.

Only if you want it to. By default it drafts and a human approves before anything leaves your system. Most clients keep that approval step permanently, because the value is in the drafting, not in removing the person from the conversation.

Claude Code for agents and code, n8n for workflows, Supabase and Lovable for apps. No proprietary framework and no black box — everything is readable by your own developers, or by whoever you hire next.

Your data stays in your systems and your accounts — we do not hold a copy on our side. We will sign a data processing agreement, and we will tell you plainly which processors are involved so your own compliance position is clear. If your clients require specific terms, bring them to the first call.

Usually within a week or two of the first call, depending on what we already have running. We will give you a real date on the call rather than "we'll come back to you."

It works well for both markets. Australian afternoons and UK afternoons both fall inside our working day, so calls are straightforward. Slack messages sent during your day are answered the same working day.

Stop paying people
to do robot work.

Thirty minutes. We look at the process eating your team's week, and tell you exactly what we could have running by day seven.
